26′ Pumpout Boats from Marine Boatbuilders Company are purpose-built, heavy-duty vessels engineered for safety, stability, and maximum efficiency in marine sanitation operations. This 26-foot pumpout boat represents our third-generation mold, refined through over 13 years of hands-on experience building pumpout boats, work boats, and patrol vessels.

Built with zero wood construction, our 26′ Pumpout Boats are designed to outperform and outlast conventional pumpout boats in demanding harbor and marina environments.

Modified V Hull Design for Superior Stability

The 26′ Pumpout Boat features a Modified V hull engineered for predictable handling, excellent load capacity, and smooth performance in rough conditions.

• Hand-laid woven roving and gun roving construction

• All fiberglass is premium “E” glass

• Thermoset polyester resin system

• ISO NPG thermoset gelcoat (approx. 0.30” thick)

• 24° dead rise at the stern

• 12° transom angle

The transom is a composite laminate system—1.5” composite plus 1” fiberglass—for a total thickness of 3 inches, with no wood anywhere in the structure.

All-Fiberglass Stringer System

Our state-of-the-art U-channel fiberglass stringer system delivers exceptional strength and rigidity without rot or degradation. Like every Marine Boatbuilders vessel, there is absolutely no wood in the stringer system.

Deck & Floor – Built for Safety and Productivity

The deck and floor are constructed from fiberglass composite materials, not wood—eliminating rot, swelling, and long-term maintenance issues.

Key deck features include:

• Hand-laid fiberglass deck with non-skid finish

• Self-bailing deck (effective whether the containment cell is full or empty)

• 12” raised bow deck (48” long)

• Two large forward stowage compartments with fiberglass hatches

• Completely clear deck—no pumps, pipes, or vents

Foamed Flotation for Added Safety

Two-part thermoset flotation foam is injected between the hull and deck in all unoccupied areas, adding buoyancy and enhanced safety.

650-Gallon Containment Cell (Standard)

Every 26′ Pumpout Boat comes standard with a 650-gallon fiberglass holding tank, positioned below the waterline for optimal stability.

Containment cell features:

• Five-layer fiberglass construction

• Four layers of 24 oz. cloth

• Five athwartship baffles for structural integrity

• External starboard hull vent

• High-level audible alarm when tank is full

The Edson pump, intake, and discharge piping are fully contained under the center console, keeping the deck completely clear and safer for operators.

Waste Tank Level Indicator (ST-100 Standard)

The Marine Boatbuilders ST-100 Waste Tank Indicator allows operators to monitor holding tank levels in real time.

• Clear 1-1/2” PVC sight tube
