Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details and message to respond to your request. Your submission is sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
Our chat assistant collects the messages you type. If you choose to share them, it also collects your name, email address, phone number, address and details about the work you need. The assistant answers questions and collects contact and project details so we can follow up. AQ Marketing provides the assistant, and Anthropic's AI service generates its replies. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat transcript and the details you provide. This information is also sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our website collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time on site. Our website tools use information to measure visits and website use, measure advertising results, show ads to past visitors, deliver website content, filter spam and protect the website and its forms.
