Marine Boatbuilders Company proudly introduces the 19′ PUMPOUT BOAT, our third-generation design refined through more than a decade of real-world experience building pumpout boats, work boats, and patrol boats. Designed for safety, simplicity, and stability, this vessel delivers professional-grade performance in a compact, highly maneuverable platform.

Most importantly: there is absolutely NO wood anywhere in the boat—not in the hull, deck, stringers, or transom. This means longer life, lower maintenance, and superior durability in harsh marine environmen

Modified-V Hull Design for Maximum Stability

Unlike conventional hulls, our concave Modified-V hull provides exceptional stability and handling. This design prevents yawing in a following sea and allows the boat to track true under load.

Hull Construction Highlights:

• Hand-laid woven roving and gun roving fiberglass

• All fiberglass is “E” glass

• Thermoset polyester resin

• ISO-NPG blister-resistant gelcoat (approx. 1.5 mm thick)

• 10-degree deadrise at the stern for fast planing

• Composite laminate transom (3” total thickness)

• Zero wood construction—guaranteed

Advanced Fiberglass Stringer System

Our U-channel fiberglass stringer system is fully composite and engineered for strength, rigidity, and longevity.

Self-Bailing Deck & Composite Floor

The deck and floor are built entirely from composite fiberglass materials and finished with non-skid surfaces for safe footing in all conditions.

Foamed Flotation for Added Safety

Two-part closed-cell flotation foam is injected between the hull and deck in designated areas, increasing buoyancy and overall safety without sacrificing usable space.

Each 19′ Pumpout Boat is finished with storm- and blister-resistant gelcoat designed for long-term durability.

Pump System – Clean Deck, Safer Operation

• Edson Model 120 electric diaphragm pump
